Whether you are in need of a quick clean up for your devices or you need a full service and deep clean. We’ll provide an “MOT” for you. Each level progressively getting more and more in depth. From basic to advanced, we can discuss options and find what would be best to keep your devices running.
Basic
From troublesome software, to printer troubleshooting. This is the standard service we provide to fix your devices or home office and ensure you can continue working. We also offer cleaning services for devices too! -£20
Intermediate
Everything the basic service provides only a little more, I’ll be reapplying thermal paste on cooling systems, ensuring fan curves are matching to suit the weather outside and ensure your device runs at top performance. This would be the best option if you need a complete take apart and deep clean as well as perishable part replacements such as keycaps. (Not including parts) - £30
Advanced
The premium service. The ultimate option. Everything included from prior plans as well as performance testing. But, I also include a full data back up or restore point! This would be for those who want their device like factory new. All temp files, gone. Restore point created. This would be for things that aren’t software repairs, if a part needs replacing or the device needs to be taken apart, this would be the cost (Not including parts)- £40
We do charge callout and labour costs which are as follows:
Callout: £20
Labour: £10 P/H (Per hour)
We offer a no fix, no fee policy should we be unsuccessful in repairing your device.
